My stay at Palacium Charming Suites was absolutely perfect. The service was excellent from the moment I arrived. All the staff were friendly and attentive, and I want to give a special mention to Ricardo, who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of great options. My room was beautiful, very clean, and extremely comfortable. The bathroom and the bed were amazing — truly a 10/10 experience. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Clean. Very Clean! Nice neighborhood, it was very quiet. I like how it was in a neighborhood and felt like living like a local. The staff was awesome! It was very secure your vehicle is behind a gate so you know your belongings are safe. Very close to the Fatima Basilica, it’s a 5 minute drive.
