It was very nice place with old school feelings. Very nice decoration in the ground floor. Breakfast was good. Staffs were very friendly.

It was beautiful and well laid out. It was easy to walk to Hahoe Village from there. We also tried the traditional Korean breakfasts which were delicious.

Such a beautiful place and lovely & kind host. Very personal. The place is beautiful and sparkling clean. The location is spot on. Close to the attractions and market, walking distance if you want to. Far enough from the crowds and traffic. It's so peaceful here. Not far from the homestay, there's a great hanok style cafe facing the tomb. Strongly recommended.

The place was so beautiful, like a little museum, and room equally beautifully decorated, You really felt like in a Korean house. There is light Korean music when you enter, and it feels like a meditative place.

Great stay in Gyeongju. The host greeted us, and made sure we were comfortably settled in. She was also very responsive and kind, and helped answer all of our questions over text. She had welcome gifts, and breakfast prepared for us for the next day. The breakfast was hearty and filling. The Hanok has great internet, and a very nice bath. It is close to the main attractions in Gyeongju, and can also walk easily to cute cafes in the neighborhood. Definitely recommend staying here, and hope to visit again soon <3

Our stay at Hanok Madang in Jeonju was truly wonderful. The property is set in an idyllic location, right across from a scenic river and charming bridge, which added to its tranquil and picturesque atmosphere. The hanok itself felt incredibly homey and comfortable, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The hosts were exceptionally kind and genuinely welcoming, always eager to offer helpful recommendations about the area. They went out of their way to assist us, even waking up early to help book a cab for our departure. Traveling with my teenage daughter, we both felt very welcome and completely safe throughout our stay. I highly recommend Hanok Madang to anyone visiting Jeonju for a memorable and heartwarming experience.
