New ZealandWhat an exceptional place to stay and it definitely exceeded our expectations. The Hotel is not far too far from Hiroshima Train Station so after getting off the bullet train, an easy bus ride or taxi. It is also not too far from the Hiroshima Pease Memorial, so very accessible. The hotel is beautiful, the staff friendly and extremely welcoming. We were located on the 16th floor and had fantastic views across Hiroshima. The room was larger than expected, had everything we could have wanted and was absolutely beautiful. The bar area is amazing with a great selection of cocktails. The buffet breakfast was fantastic, could not have been better nor provided more options (you just want to keep eating). No expense has been spared to make this an amazing world class hotel. We really felt pampered. I do however have a negative.....I wish we had stayed here longer (we only had one night). They do really look after you and I cannot recommend this Hotel enough.

Hilton Hiroshima was great! The rooms were very clean and spacious. The staff were excellent. They were so friendly and very helpful especially when organising taxis for us. We enjoyed a meal and cocktails in the bar.

The Hilton Hiroshima is a modern, stylish hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable, and had a lovely bathroom. The photo does not accurately depict how the hotel is closely surrounded by other buildings, but this gave us a beautiful view of the city lights at night. The pool facilities are excellent, very tranquil. The bar is also very relaxing and has a nice vibe. Check in and pool staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. We felt it was good value and had a brilliant stay.

We stayed 1 night at the Hilton. The room was spacious, clean, and well equipped, with a bus stop right in front of it. The location was fine being a 25-minute walk to the Peace Monument and Peace Museum.
Their staff was very helpful, with Hien and Miku from their front desk graciously working hard to help us replace an item we lost during our trip.
Their buffet breakfast was great with a variety of items like fruit, salad, dumplings, scrambled eggs, bacon, fish, pickled veggies, yogurt, seaweed, and desserts.

The Hilton was an amazing place to stay, the rooms were so spacious, and so was the bathroom. Everything was clean and modern, and we were very comfortable. The staff were very friendly as well, complete with a welcome drink, baggage service and an early check in.

Exceptional hotel. Great location. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Good buffet at breakfast and dinner. Nice bar with Soul singer. Very comfortable room.
Much better value than the ryokans we stayed in (which had shared facilities, which is unacceptable in this century!)
Just book The Hilton! You won't be disappointed.
