One of the best Hilton Hotels I have stayed in. Lovely, spacious room. A plug socket by the full length mirror...something often missed. Also has the tv connected to a speaker in the bathroom. Very quiet at night, none of the usual noises that you hear in hotels. Perfectly situated for the P&J Live venue. Close to the airport and a 10 to 15min drive from the bus station and train station.

It's a nice property aside from the work scaffolding outside. Staff is very friendly and helpful and always with a smile. Excellent customer service. The location is perfect to go sight seeing the old and new town area. Everything is pretty much in walking distance. The room looks nice. Comfortable beds. Plenty of outlets for devices. Nice bathroom. I worked for Hilton a long time ago for many years so it was nice to see the wonderful quality of service and facilities hasn't changed.

Nothing didn't stay. Moved to another hotel after arriving late but phoned ahead to say we had a medical emergency but got moved anyway to a room without disabled access which we pre booked. We had paid in full for. Not happy at all. At new hotel was moved to room under roof top bar and noise was horrendous kept awake for hours. Will not be booking at Hilton Gardens again.

Absolutely everything was First Class.!! . The Staff were all. Absolutely brilliant!! From the Staff at the Reception. Restaurant, Bar. Housekeeping. Cleaners. I would Highly recommend. You visit The Hilton Hotel. In William Street Glasgow. I will Definitely return Soon. Thank you, so much. For a Fantastic stay. Wish I could have stayed Longer!!! Kind regards Zena Henderson.
