Super, super nice hosts!! Tina welcomed us on arrival with a cake & bottle of Rose in the fridge and a small water bottle p.P.. The kitchen was very well equiped, nothing missing. Furniture modern as in pictures. Heating worked perfect as weather was a bit chilly. House in the middle of the forrest, exellent fresh air. Best place to relax. 15 min. drive from Leuven city centre. Upon departure Tina & Toon came to say goodbye. Extreamly friendly & sympathic. Thank you for letting us stay in you house.

The host was awesome. He arranged a filled refrigerator and all sorts of snacks and drinks. Also he get us some gravel routes to cycle and was very responsive.

Amazing home; the pictures don't begin to capture the interesting details. Recommend for a winter stay to enjoy the fire place, sauna and outdoor jacuzzi...summers are getting too warm in Europe and--although two of the three bedrooms have air conditioning, it struggles to keep up with higher outdoor temperatures. Overall, very comfortable, clean and Paul was an excellent host.

Host was excellent. Nice house in quiet neighbourhood (but with some noise from neighbours through shared wall) on the fringes of Leuven (outside ring road).

Very good, comfortable home in a very quiet area. It's well furnished and most anything one might want can be found in it. Well located close to Herent station, and although maybe not as convenient as being in Brussels it comes extremely close. I think the tradeoff is a very worthwhile one if one likes some space and quiet. It's also excellent for groups. Four bedrooms, two bathrooms, two showers and three toilets make for very convenient group stays. It really makes a vacation trip more pleasant when multiple people can be getting ready at once. Hosts were very attentive, accommodating, and replied to messages almost immediately during our stay.

I couldn't receive breakfast, but that's more on work starting earlier than breakfast was provided. The home was very spacious and very comfortable I really did enjoy the house itself

Great stay ! The place is exactly as described We had a wonderful stay and would happily come back. The outdoor space was definitely the highlight: peaceful, relaxing, and very well equipped, making it the perfect place to unwind. The host was excellent throughout our stay: friendly, responsive, and very accommodating to our needs, which made the experience even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing getaway.

You have everything you need for an equipped house. Location is easy to reach to top sight seeing locations in Belgium. We have visited many destinations from this house. Owners are very friendly and supportive. We spent a week with my family and we thought as if we are at our home. House is brand new and very clean. It has a big green garden with fruit trees, ducks and chickens. There are nice walking, running and cycling routes nearby in a forest. Thanks to Jarek, Eva, Jan and Julia for being wonderful hosts to us.

Lovely holdiay property on a quiet side street in the Opvelp-Bierbeek, with stunning views of the countryside. The location offers easy access to the Meerdaelwoud forest and the major cities and towns in the region. Central Leuven is ca 15-20 minute drive away. There are shops and restaurants within a short bike ride or a drive. The house itself offers all the comforts you would expect and it's very beautifully decorated. The host Wout was also very helpful during our stay.
