Lovely peaceful location, with rural views. Close to Javea and Moraira. Central heating good for winter stay.

We really loved the location … you step Out the door and Old Town is a 5 min walk to the left and the beach is a 15 min walk to the right. (Or there’s a bus stop a five min walk away to the beach but it’s faster to walk. ) The terrace is fantastic with nice breezes and a quiet, plant filled dead end street below backs up to the apartment so it’s nice to sit outside. The kitchen is lovely well stocked with spices and oils and lots of skillets and pots and pans to cook. There is a Dulce Gusto coffeemaker snd microwave and oven. Mercadona and Lidl are a short walk. The double bed is comfortable and it has a nice A/c unit to keep you cool in the summer. Definitely a repeat place to stay.

Perfect location and a great property with some lovely traditional features. It was very well equipped with everything we needed. It has a lovely roof terrace and small courtyard though we didn’t use either as it was a little chilly. The beds were comfortable and although the road is quite busy during the day, it was fairly quiet at night. Alex met us at the property. He was friendly, welcoming, showed us around and explained everything we needed to know. We would definitely stay here again.

This house is lovely, with spectacular views, all the comforts, and very tasteful decoration. We stayed for 4 days and it was a fantastic experience. Don’t hesitate! Book it, you won’t regret it.

Super cute and comfortable. Perfectly located close to everything in the old city, which is very beautiful,and has lots of very nice shops and restaurants. Convenient parking nearby, and it’s a short drive to the beach. The owners were wonderful!
