Everything at the Villa is so well thought out. From the views, the multiple places to relax around the property, to the geothermal air conditioning, the pool and all of the amenities inside the villas. Matina made/brought us fresh breakfast every morning. The eggs came from her chickens, the olives came from her groves and the pita was made fresh (by yiayia?) and she brought a lot of local marmalades, cheeses and tahini with fresh bread from a local baker. The kids are still talking about how the chocolate croissants were their favorite food in Greece. We rented 2 villas since we had a group of 12 of us. The 6 children loved swimming in the pool (it’s deep so must be strong swimmers) and hang out on the various terraces to make bracelets and do other stuff that tweens like to do. The inside of the villas are amazing. Matina thought of everything when designing the facility. The kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and seating areas are spacious. Staying with Matina and Mantho was like staying with your favorite family member (your mom, Thea, cousin or even best friend). I found myself wanting to invite her to the beach with us! haha I will give you one piece of advice … if you have another location/island to stop in after Ikaria, dont do it. Make this your last stop bc you will be greatly disappointed by any other place you have to stay :)

We were the first to stay in this lovely house and it couldn’t have been a better experience. The moment we arrived Joanna and George greeted us so kindly with big smiles and a walkthrough of the beautiful space. The photos don’t do it justice - the house is spotlessly clean and brand new, and it was equipped with everything needed for a perfect stay (cookware, full kitchen, WiFi, towels, etc). They even left us orange juice and cookies! The view from the large patio is breathtaking and is a sweeping panoramic of the mountains and villages down below. It felt like a dream we never wanted to wake up from. There are a few AMAZING restaurants and a bakery in the village just a ten minute walk from the house that are a MUSY TRY (we went several times), and many beautiful beaches are a short drive down the mountain. A positive highlight of the trip: The island had a brief power outage one night, and Joanna, George greeted us with lanterns and assurances which turned the unfortunate mishap into a romantic, magical and peaceful half hour of star gazing and relaxation. Another sweet addition was an adorable family of kittens and their mother that would stop by daily to say hello and lay in the sun on the patio. 10/10 experience, we had the best time ever and would absolutely stay again if we ever have the privilege again. Everything was amazing. We have never had such warm welcoming (fresh bread, jam, eggs, ham, cheese and tons of cookies :)) clean space, everything you need is there, great location. We came back another time

Absolutely beautiful view, very private as well

Excellent location with a stunning view and easy access to a close by beach! Apartment is super cozy to accommodate two people. Spotless & clean! Many thanks to Mrs.Anna & Mr.Andreas that hosted us and treated us like a family. Much appreciated :)
