Amazing house with beautiful pool, fully equipped, all new and in good shape. Amazing view and friendly staff. Few minutes drive from the beach.

Wow. We stayed for a week at the house and we would have stayed longer if we could. The view is breathtaking, the pool was lovely and clean (shared with 2 other apartments, but it was fine and everyone was friendly and nice!). The house is spacious and clean, well-equipped and very comfortable. Perfect place to relax and explore the island. 8 minutes drive from Lefkada town. Don't hesitate to book this place!!

The property is on top of a hill close to Lefkada city aprox. 5-6 min by car, the view from the balcony is amazing. When you come to this villa you have everything you need(for families with kids you have toys outside and inside) it was very clean and the host is super friendly and helpful!!

Our recent stay at Matzanas House left us thoroughly impressed. This charming accommodation deserves a five-star review for its exceptional cleanliness. The rooms were immaculate, and the entire property was impeccably maintained. It's a hidden gem with hosts who genuinely care about your comfort and satisfaction.

We arrived in Lefkada at 10 pm, our hosts met us at the city center and showed the way to the villa, a short 10 minute drive. The villa is located at a hill overlooking the city, with fantastic view, a large pool and garden and multiple areas to sit and relax. The rooms and the living area are spatious, the house equipped with everything, so you only have to bring your clothes and your vacation mood. There is parking space that can accomodate 3 cars; mini markets, bakery and gas are a 5-minute drive. Finally, our family dog had also lots of fun running around the grounds. Overall a great experience!

What a magical place! Decorated with love and taste, with so many tiny details, artefacts and amazing colorful plants, with a stunning view over the bay. Renovated to preserve authentic Greek style, with a terrace to enjoy peaceful evenings with the sound of crickets and company of cats... The living room is even larger as shown in photos, extremely comfy and pleasant. We simply loved it! Even during extremely hot days, the thick walls and we'll functioning air conditioner helped us to survive and sleep the whole night through.

The villa is really nice and well placed, with great view. It is far away from the noise, we had an excellent rest. All amenities were there, it is super clean. The pool is nice.

Amazing place and staff. Would definitely come back next year.
