Vacation Homes in Koukounaries

The villa is absolutely spectacular. This is a rare occasion when the reality beats the pictures. The modern architecture, interior decorations and overall comfort are amazing. The Villa provides amazing sea-views and is located very conveniently, somewhere in the middle, close to beaches like Koukounaries or Banana, yet also close to the city center. Plenty or restaurants to choose from nearby. The infinite swimming pool was really clean.

We had a wonderful stay at Panos Villas and would happily return. The villa is very spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped. The large kitchen has everything needed for preparing meals, and the huge terrace with its big dining table was one of our favorite spots, whether for dinner or simply relaxing at any time of the day. The host is exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed, making our stay even more enjoyable. We also appreciated the beautifully maintained and lush green surroundings, which created a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Overall, we loved our time at Panos Villas and would recommend it without hesitation to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing holiday.

Location is a walking distance from Koukounaries beach and a bus stop from which one can get to Skiathos town/ airport. Studios are located in a garden of olive, pomegranate, orange trees, flowers, etc..Property is immaculately clean and well maintained. We stayed in a studio with a renovated bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking. Hosts are extremely hospitable and helpful. We were lucky with the weather in the beginning of October. The sea was still warm and beaches not overcrowded, so I have only great impressions of the stay. Highly recommend 👍🏻

We had an amazing stay at Vague Summer House. The house had everything that we could need and more. The pictures do not make any justice. The garden was absolutely beautiful and we really enjoyed sitting outside for the afternoons and evenings. The location was ideal. It was equal distance to most beaches and the old city/ old port area. Vaggelis and Elena were fantastic hosts. They checked in with us daily to see if we needed anything and were very helpful with restaurant recommendations. We were very thankful for the bottles of water, juice, wine, croissants and fruits that they welcomed us with. We highly recommend this villa and hope to be back sometime soon!

Absolutely fabulous 😍 People, cleanliness, comfort, own pool was amazing, flowers, near great restaurants, not far to the beach and bus stop (no. 16). The owner was really caring! Fully recommending for the ones who want to fully enjoy a relaxing holiday on the Skiathos island 🤗

The cottage is beautiful and sparkling clean. We loved our time here.

Excellently equipped house with a beautiful yard. Cleanliness at the highest level. In the evening there is no noise, only the birds are heard
