It is 10 minutes from beaches and the beach bars, but it is quiet and calm . And because of the alley, it is easy to park .

Clean, comfortable, great location

This is the first time when I give the maximum rate and I'm doing it with pleasure. The villa and the pool were spotlessly clean, beds - comfortable. Cleaning and changing beds and towels every day. Close to the beach and walking distance (1,2 km) to the center and plenty of good restaurants. Pets are allowed (we paid 10 euro per day), which is a huge plus. The staff was kind and always willing to help. We will definitely visit again.

It was perfect for our family of 4 with two small kids. The location is also great with a supermarket, playground, and bakery/coffee shop all nearby. All our needs for a pleasant vacation were covered. There were water bottles in the fridge, which was a very nice gesture. A lot of basic necessities were provided by the owner. The owner was always available for communication and ready to help, even though we didn't need anything extra.

Sea Breeze House Paralia is a true hidden gem! The house is small, cozy, and absolutely wonderful, offering exceptional privacy and a peaceful atmosphere. Everything is extremely well equipped, with every detail carefully thought out to make guests feel comfortable and at home. The property is spotless, beautifully maintained, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. A special thank you to Despina, who is an amazing host. She is warm, welcoming, attentive, and always available if needed while fully respecting guests' privacy. Her hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. We loved every moment of our stay and would highly recommend Sea Breeze House Paralia to anyone looking for comfort, privacy, and a truly memorable vacation experience.

The house and the yard are just amazing! The beds are very comfortable. There's a lot of garden furniture, so you can take your pick of where you want to sit, or have a bunch of friends over for barbecue. The beach is very close and beautiful. There are very few people on it, so you can really rest without people bothering you. The hosts were very helpful and quick to answer. The house was very clean. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. We had a wonderful time! We will for sure come back! Thank you for everything!

Everything was perfect! The house has everything you need. The host was very kind, helpful and smiley woman. The garden was absolutely beautiful! The house is 2,5 km from the sea and Katerini Paralia. Great views to the mount Olympos. Thanks for the hospitality!

We really liked the location and we all felt really good. We had a lot of facilities from the host that were helpful for us: coffee maker, cleaning tools, washing machine and detergent, mosquito repellent for interior and exterior, so on.

The property was well furnished and impeccably clean. Loved the modern decor and also the daily cleaning and gardening services. Our host Dafni was very welcoming and super helpful throughout our stay. The compound was very quiet and the pool provided a great respite from the heat. I can’t recommend Dream Olympic Mare Villas enough! Everything was 100% great.
