Nauma Ubud Villa is a 10+ property that should by all means get a 5-star rating by international hotel standard ratings. To answer this question in one word - “everything”. The staff is superb as they want to make every single request you have possible at any time of the day. Their restaurant food is tasty, the room cleaning is perfect and the additional offer prices are very reasonable and clearly explained. In addition the manager, general manager as well as the owner himself come around to shake your hand and introduce themselves personally and ask about your stay - I mean, come on, where do you see this? Perfect. Special shoutout to front desk guy Merta!

The property is absolutely stunning, with modern furniture, a spotless bathroom, and an amazing view over the rice fields. The sliding doors opened the living area and bedroom right out to the pool, which was such a highlight. The air con worked well, and I appreciated the little touches like complimentary insect repellent. The staff were all really friendly and welcoming. I’d recommend this place to anyone and can’t wait to come back.
