It was a perfect villa in a perfect location, on foot you are in no time in the center of ubud, but at the villa itself it's nice and quiet. The staff and the facilities are perfect,the villa was always very clean and the staff was very helpful. Also nice that we could use grab / gojek at this location

So quite and cosy. Got nice pool, and good room. Staff are amazing. Especially Komang has been very helpful. I forgot my id car and been so helpful to send it to me. Thank you for everything.

Nauma Ubud Villa is a 10+ property that should by all means get a 5-star rating by international hotel standard ratings. To answer this question in one word - “everything”. The staff is superb as they want to make every single request you have possible at any time of the day. Their restaurant food is tasty, the room cleaning is perfect and the additional offer prices are very reasonable and clearly explained. In addition the manager, general manager as well as the owner himself come around to shake your hand and introduce themselves personally and ask about your stay - I mean, come on, where do you see this? Perfect. Special shoutout to front desk guy Merta!

The staff was very helpful. They are ready all the time when we you them and always smiling face. The villa is the same with photos don't hesitate. Restaurant menu was good and tasty. In addition, the villa has own water fountain for clean hot/cold water. The environment was quiet and colorful by nature.

The villa was pretty astonishing. Great aesthetic balinese design, amazing view of the nature and rice fields below, the outdoor toilet was a masterpiece. Heartwarming hospitality and 24/7 support. Even the laundry was super cheap and clothes smelled so good. Basically we loved everything about it. If you want to really try balinese experience, this villa is highly recommended.

We Loved staying here. The villa is around three hundred meters from the road. There is a path that wonders down to the villa. Along the way there are restaurants, massage places, small wurangs, Motor bike hire places. It was magical for me. On arrival, with a phone call the host came and picked us up on Motor bikes and took us to the accommodation. There were welcoming drinks on arrival and an introduction to the information book. The staff were friendly an always contactable. We hired a bike to get around, but sometimes we choose to walk the path as it was very pleasant. If you have mobility issues then this may not be the place for you although you can always get a Gojek pick up. Loved the pool as it was very private. Would come back in a heart beat. This place is absolutely stunning. You’re taken to another time and another world - immersed in nature! The property feels magical. The staff was very accommodating and welcoming. The pool leading directly into our room was perfect.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the photos. The staff was very friendly and always ready to help. A special thank you to Dea, our butler, who was kind, attentive, and made our stay even better. I truly recommend this villa to anyone visiting the area!!! ❤️

This place was absolutely amazing. The bedroom was really comfortable and had the luxury of a bath. The pool was a perfect temperature. The breakfast was delicious with smoothie bowls and iced coffees being my breakfast every day. Also the dinner was delicious especially the Balinese yellow curry. I unfortunately got sick on my last day and the staff were really accommodating and offered to set up an appointment with a doctor. Overall a wonderful experience.

Everything. I’m someone who appreciates authenticity, and this place is everything about it. Cleanliness, the breakfast and most importantly the hospitality! The owners & staffs are friendly and very attentive. Definitely will come back whenever I’m in Ubud

Excellent location within walking distance to everything. Our host was very kind, helpful and made a delicious breakfast for us daily. The villa was perfect for a group of friends meeting for a catch up. It was very comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated. We would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Central House. The location is great, very quiet and set back in a green setting above a small river but only about 250 meters from all the restaurants and shops in Jl. Raya or Monkey Forest Road. Agung was a good communicator and messages each day to be sure everything was good. Made, the house attendant, did a perfect job of cleaning every second day and was always friendly, helpful and a pleasure to talk with. The beds were very comfortable too.

We liked everything about our stay at the Villa. Starting with the host - Pasek and his team: Putu and Jro - absolutely 2nd to none - on every step you felt a very welcoming, cheerful and helpful attitude, and very much exceeded our expectations on making the stay feel special. From the greeting, throug out the stay until the goodbye - they kept us feel special, very welcome and taken care of. We left our drone charger at the villa on the checkout and our hosts took a scooter and chased us throgh the streets of Ubud to give it back. Amazing dedication! I still don't get how did he find us on those crowded streets of Ubud. They also made a great breakfast, kept villa super clean. Despite of the villa being semi-opened, there were no signs of dirt, spiders or anything. It seemed as if they cleaned every single inch of the villa every single day. Just amazing. They would greet you on every return to villa with a big smile - it almost felt like home. At the same time they showed a full respect to our privacy and weren't too much care taking - keeping the great balance. Apart from the great atmosphere of the hosts, we liked the villa itself too - very spacious, well designed, nice wooden furniture, open bathroom, great jungle surroundings - which didn't raise any axiety for us. Large, deep, stylish swimming pool with a nice, clean water helped us to relax after long day in Bali. Water could be a little bit warmer, but wasn't bad at all. Finally - the villa location is also great - easy access to Ubud city center, just a walking distance to the main street, a lot of restaurants, shops, and sightseeing landmarks. Fast internet was also great. I would definietly recommend this villa to anyone visiting Ubud!

The location was great. Just enough of the busy main road. The staff were wonderful and so kind. The place was huge and having direct access to the pool was perfect!

This place is fantastic! We really loved staying here and wouldn't change a thing. The room is spacious and comfortable, we slept great and it was close enough to everything you want to see or do in downtown Ubud and still separate enough that you're away from the heavy traffic and loud noises. The only thing you hear are birds and wildlife, yet it's a 5 min walk to the main road and great food. We wished we had had more time to explore or even cook for ourselves, but with so many great restaurants (Sun Sun) in the neighborhood we barely had time. Recommend 10/10

Everything was wonderful-- lovely large room, well-appointed bathroom, terrace overlooking a lush small garden, and a five-star staff! Easy location to get to sites and restaurants (jump on a Grab bike to beat the traffic), yet all is quiet on thus little side street. Definitely recommend staying here!
