The villa is fully private and offers a comfortable stay in the very center of Ubud. Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning and a private bathroom. The rooms feature double beds, work desks, blackout curtains, and everything needed for a comfortable stay. Guests can enjoy beautiful green views from the upper and lower terraces. The villa has two floors connected by an internal staircase. A fully equipped kitchen is available for guests, including a refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, dishes, and kettle. Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms and common areas. Cleaning service is provided twice a week. Breakfast is available for guests — either included in the rate or offered for an additional fee, depending on the selected option. Laundry service is available nearby. A local laundry service can collect dirty clothes from the villa and return them clean upon request (laundry with delivery). For guests’ safety, CCTV cameras are installed at the entrance only. Parking on the villa’s territory is available for motorcycles only. Car parking is available in a shared public parking area located approximately a 3-minute walk from the villa.

Ubud Palace, Saraswati Temple, Ubud Art Market, as well as numerous cafes, restaurants, shops, and yoga studios are all just a few minutes’ walk away. No transportation is required to explore the center of Ubud. Despite its central location, the villa is situated in a quiet area surrounded by greenery, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere away from traffic and noise.
