Apartment has everything you need, very clean and cozy.

The place is beautiful and a great value for the price! Secluded but easy to access and well appointed with everything you need, including coffee and olive oil, etc.

Nice apartment on the outskirts of Ancona, clean and quite spacious, with really good contact with the landlord. The only thing we did not expect is that one of the rooms is connected with the corridor with glass windows, giving a bit of acquarium vibes. However, the landlord is lovely and provided us with different amenities. The location of the apartment is far from the center but there are buses during the day, it’s more difficult at night as there are no night buses. If you want to be close to the center, this is not the place, but for a cheap stay outside of the center it is recommended, especially with the lovely host.

In April 2026, we were a total of 7 people, 3 adults and two kids, and this house had all the space and amenities we required. Luca, our host, met us and was very responsive to all our requests. The location consisted of a cluster of hilltop homes with friendly neighbours. A car is mandatory in reaching the place. There are no shops or restaurants within walking distance (except one high-end restaurant which was closed anyway when we were there.) It took us a few days to get used to getting around the hills and narrow winding roads. Europeans are probably more accustomed to this.

The host was incredibly responsive and kind. When we had problems with the code he messaged back right away. The view was absolutely stunning too! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and even better than advertised.
