Amazing villa. Stylish, superb comfort, well equipped with huge garden

We had an unforgettable stay at this spacious villa in Rimini. It had everything we needed—plenty of towels, a great grill, and a fully equipped kitchen where we cooked Italian dishes every day. The pool and views were absolutely breathtaking, and we loved playing tennis on the private court daily. Joanna was the best host ever—she arranged a private transfer for us from town to the villa and back, took us to the grocery store, and even surprised us with fresh Italian pastries. My family and I enjoyed every single moment. Highly recommend!

The house was quite spacious and was Central to where we were needing to be in Rimini. There was easy access and safe parking. It was perfect for what we were meeting.

The home had several standout features that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The beds were genuinely comfortable, and the furnishings throughout the house felt new and thoughtfully chosen. The location worked well for getting around, and the private back garden offered a quiet place to relax. We also appreciated the separate mother‑in‑law suite with its own bathroom, which added privacy and flexibility for our group.

The positive impression began even before arrival. The host, Cristiana, kindly allowed an earlier check-in, as the apartment was already available. This is by no means a given, and I sincerely appreciate this gesture. The house itself is tastefully furnished and thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail, which gives you a "home away from home" feeling from the beginning. The location in Borgo San Giuliano is excellent (just a few steps to the best slow food restaurants and to the historic center via the Ponte di Tiberio; the beach is also within walking distance). The bus to the airport has a stop very close to the apartment. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would be happy to stay there again at any time.
