House is decorated with antique furniture and paintings making it’s very charming. True sicily experience. Room & house matching pictures 100%, new air conditioner, comfy bed, easy parking on the street, proper fence and great, clean pool and sunbeds. Continental breakfast with eggs and fruits was superb! The property answers its Luxury name. Hosts Marco and Monica have been extremely friendly and helped us with all our requests. We had evening flight back and could stay near pool after check out, rare in today’s world. If we travel Palermo again - this is our choice.

The hosts are very helpful and kind, attended to all our needs. The location in Mondello is great, the beach is surrounded by mountains - a view worthy of a movie set!

Very comfortable house. It was a pleasure to be there. Everything works well and the yard is awesome. It is about 15 to 20 minutes from Palermo. We rented a car, of course, this is not a tourist part of Sicily. Bedroom is really ok although it is the weak point of the accommodation.

The location is excellent, and the hostess is wonderfully attentive. The entire apartment is very spacious, with two bathrooms and everything spotless and thoughtfully prepared. It’s truly the best stay of my whole trip. We’ll definitely come back when we visit again.

We spent 7 days in Palermo for my work and chose this place because we liked the interior and the location seemed convenient. The location is indeed very central, only about a 5–7 minute walk to Teatro Massimo and Via Maqueda. The only thing to note is that you pass through the bazaar area when leaving the apartment, so it can be a bit crowded in the mornings. The area also felt fine in terms of safety; we didn’t experience or witness any incidents. The host, Gianni, is super helpful and responsive, whenever we had an issue, he did his best to solve it quickly. During our stay, we had two problems and he handled them right away. The apartment has air conditioning, which is a must in Palermo. Overall, for the price and location, I would say it’s worth it.

Clean. Quiet. Friendly greeting. Balcony. Elevator. Close to market.

We did not have breakfast. We only stayed 2 nights and we slept in the one and left very early the second day. However, the host greeted us upon arrival and made us Espresso and offered fresh fruit and cookies as soon as we arrived. It felt as if we were greeted by family!

Short walk to everything you could want. Great location. Allissia was very helpful. Good amount of living space.

The apartment is located very well in Palermo, near multiple restaurants and places to visit. It's very cosy and I would recommend it for both short and long stays. The owners are very nice, making sure everything goes ok. It has self checkin and checkout, really useful when you arrive late or leave early.

The owner was wonderful and very helpful by providing information and helping me work the stove top. The location is great. You are in the Old City but still a bit removed away from the noise. You can walk anywhere.
