Awesome property! Very large living space, everything clean, secure parking and a beautiful view. Beds were comfortable but we could have used an extra light blanket as the weather didn’t cooperate. Laundry facilities was also good but lacked detergent. Lovely owners who were very responsive.

We loved our stay here. Its a big countryside house in a wonderfull natural setting with subtropical vegitation, lemon and orange trees in the garden. The most important its in a peaceful area. In very tranquile zone of magic Capo Vaticano, nice to take a stroll around, lots of flowers, palm trees. If you come from the far north, as we it will be truly memorable experience. The flat has everything you need, you can cook your own food. The host Domenico speaks good English and was very kind to assist with any issue. Excellent wifi connection. The house is only 9 km away from world famous Tropea. There are many top beaches nearby Galticelli, Riaci, Spiaggia del Tono, all just a few minutes drive. Strategic location. Good to have rental car as we had (rented in Lamezia Terme airport) then you can buy fresh fruits by the roads. I recommend this place!

The hosts were some of the best we've ever had. They welcomed us personally and showed us around, held our luggage, and gave us suggestions on things to do and how best to get around Toarmina. The terrace location for breakfast was spectacular. The breakfast was excellent. The host even cooked us some eggs, which we did not expect. There was a nice variety of foods and drinks to select from. For us, the proximity to the train station was and excellent feature - probably only about 50m!

Great location right near the Main Street however very quiet at night. The facilities were ultra modern and had everything we need including fantastic air conditioning, clean kitchenette and modern bathrooms. They accommodated us easily with a 3 month old baby. In the end, we’re so glad we stayed! Luisa took care of us every single day—bringing fresh eggs, olive oil, and homemade limoncello, offering to look after our dog, and giving great local tips on where to go. She checked in daily to make sure we were having a stress-free and enjoyable stay. The house itself is lovely: three bedrooms upstairs (all with air conditioning), two bathrooms, a modern and fully equipped kitchen with a large smart TV and two comfortable sofas, plus a washing machine. The large patio has a big table and chairs—perfect for meals outdoors. The shared spa area includes a swimming pool, jacuzzi, another kitchen, a toilet, and a patio with sun loungers. It’s shared with other guests but still feels very private and relaxing. Luisa lives in the house next door, which makes it easy to reach her if needed.
