Location, has a perfect scenery, really beautiful... at least that was ok.

El hospedaje fue excelente bien limpio todo ubicación tranquila todo esta cerca para comorar despensa y el dueño muy amable el hogar habla por si mismo y todo nbien explicado 10/10 volveria a hospedarme con mi familia otra vez!

The location was very convenient for our short stay. The pool is big, deep and warm. It was our only confort.

The Mayans' Facilities access, even if the staff there, mainly the waitress were not very nice, or helpful.

Traveling from Vail, Colorado to meet my family at this incredible spot was an absolute delight! We had a blast enjoying the pool and the lovely inside of the house. Plus, the 24-hour security at the entrance gate gave me great peace of mind. The location is fantastic – super close to the Acapulco airport, as well as amazing dining and shopping options for some fun adventures outside. The beautifully manicured landscape was a feast for the eyes! And let’s not forget our wonderful host, Mr. Angel, who is always dedicated to enhancing the property. I can’t wait to return in the fall to the breathtaking “Hummingbird Acapulco”! It's going to be amazing!

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect – their service was truly resort-quality. They were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. One of the standout features of this hotel is its true pet-friendliness. Unlike other places that claim to be pet-friendly but restrict pets from common areas, this hotel welcomes pets with open arms everywhere. It was such a relief to be able to enjoy all the amenities without worrying about limitations for our furry family members. The highlight of our stay was the unique and meaningful experience of freeing turtles as part of a special event organized by the hotel. It turns out they are donors to the organization that supports this initiative, and it was heartwarming to be a part of something so impactful. Watching the turtles make their way to the ocean was an unforgettable moment! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an exceptional stay, especially pet owners and those who appreciate thoughtful, one-of-a-kind experiences. Can’t wait to visit again!

I liked that the place was very pretty.

I loved this place. Acapulco is going through a huge unimaginable clean up after hurricane Otis. This is a quiet little gem that they have quickly restored . It is a work in progress and anyone staying needs to have some empathy for what these people are dealing with. Flor and the gentleman who take care of the villa are wonderful. The pool is fabulous and the outdoor kitchen is perfect if you want to buy some things to put in the fridge or cook for yourself. I was there for the tennis tournament so it was a 20 minute ride to the stadium in a cab. only issue was there was no WIFI so I was using spotty roaming but it's a problem in Acapulco for many. Thank you for a great stay.
