Everything. It was just perfect. Superb location and place, amazing staff, very beautiful and unique property, great breakfast. The property is huge, the apartments are big and well furnished. The views over the river are amazing. There is a direct access to the river where you can swim or simply enjoy a great kayak ride. The staff is extremely friendly and always available. We will surely be back

This is a lovely place to stay in Geres, not far from the hiking start points - the tourist office is next door and can provide some info on hikes. We were lucky to have met the hosts; who were so very kind and upgraded our room on second night - if available, do book the two bedroom apartment when traveling with kids .

Love the proximity to lakes, waterfalls, thermal baths, and hiking. There is so much to see and do in Gêres National Forest. The house has fabulous views of the lake below and the mountains surrounding. The house is very clean and comfortable. There is a small pool in the back and a beautiful outdoor space atop the home. For us, one of the very best things about the place were the hosts. Anabel, her husband and daughter were so welcoming and so gracious.

Communications were always friendly and descriptive. The place has an amazing view, and the atmosphere is very very cozy.

We had a great opportunity to spend three days in this wonderful place. The location is awesome - it's a quiet village setting with access to the lake, offering a great view, just a two-minute walk away from your door. The house is fantastic - a perfect blend of authenticity and style. Hosts provide fast communication. It would be great for a longer stay as well. We loved it!

A very nice property in the woods!

A special property in a special place with kind hosts. Suitable for those interested in a quiet place, with a beautiful view. The property is designed down to the smallest details and it is obvious that thought and love have been invested in it. Parking is a bit challenging but definitely something that can be overcome.

This is a beautiful 2-bedroom apartment with a very functional kitchen, excellent outdoor terrace with table and chairs, and very strong water pressure. Danielle is an excellent host and also extremely nice and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to return.

Great Atmosphere. We all had a wonderful time, highly recommended for anyone. Appreciated the hostess. Everything had thought into it including the landscaping, cake and lettuce from her garden just a superb experience.
