Its location! At the end of the day walking the hills in and around Assisi it was great to walk down hill. It is very close to the Taxi stand at the John Paul II Plaza.

The apartment was in a perfect location for those traveling without a car. It was a five minute walk to the major train station and an equally close walk to the minimetro which takes you into the center of Perugia in 10 minutes. The hosts were very attentive, the apartment itself was clean, spacious for two people, and had everything we needed. There’s a laundromat, lots of little cafes, and a grocery store all in walking distance.

Loved how the location in the forest was super peaceful and the sounds of birds enjoyable. The apartment is well laid out and has everything you need to cook and live comfortably during your stay. The privacy, terrace/balcony are amazing and the hosts were very accommodating, especially considering that we forgot we had to leave that day and not the next day that we thought. Oops!

The house is comfy and has everything you might need. It was spot clean and it was easy to adjust the temperature on your own. It's literally 20 meters from the railway station, so it's well connected but also just 20 minutes by foot (uphill) to the city center. The host was very helpful and friendly.
