Very neat and clean room, good food and location was near the train station. Really enjoyed my time staying at Holiday inn luzern.

I like the bed very much which good for rest, excellent breakfast, easy check in /check out process. The lady at the counter will help for early check in as Holiday Inn IHG member. The hotel just 2 minutes walk from Kriens Mattenhof Station, easy to reach from/to Luzern Station with transport voucher provided by the hotel (just type hotel name in SBB train app-train number, direction and platform will be displayed). The convenience stores and restaurant in 2-3 minutes walk.

Decent location at an affordable price. The breakfast was quite basic in comparison to other Holiday Inn Express I’ve stayed at in the past.

Loved staying here at the holiday inn express, 1minute walk to the bus/tram, we’re very helpful when asked for directions, the room was comfortable for 2 adults and 1 child and very clean, breakfast was delicious

Great location if you want to be near Mt. Pilatus (but not in Luzern of course). Felt like a standard Holiday Inn Express, which means it meets reasonable expectations.
