I’d take the low ratings with a grain of salt or perhaps just a clash of personalities. I enjoyed my night here, bed was comfortable, place was clean, nice place to stay in a small town. There was even some information for local places/recommendations.

The free entry to alpine pool was the best thing happened in our trip. It was a nice cozy place , host was very friendly.

There's everything in this hotel. The staff was amazing, food was delicious. The room was spacious and was exceptionally clean. The nature around the hotel is breathtaking and hosts are very welcoming. 10/10 Definitely coming back again!

Everything was fine. Got there late at night and there was no problem. Cheap compared to others

Karin is a wonderful friendly host who gave me an upgrade to a more spacious room with a fully equipped kitchen! It was great for a couple of nights to cook. Very tidy and clean. Peaceful rest as well.
