The location was in a very nice part of the city, near multiple restaurants and shopping centers, all within walking distance, as well as as a street that’s very accessible for taxis.

Fantastic stay at this hidden gem in Yuzhong! Perfect location right by Liberation Monument, steps away from shopping and food. The hotel blends Japanese minimalist style with amazing city views. Super clean, quiet, and the staff were quite helpful. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers. Will definitely be back!

I already miss the place. It isn’t elegant but there looking out the window of the room, nestled on the highest point of the Yuzhong Peninsula, it has the best view Chongqing and the Changjiang River in the city.      It is in a trendy artistic area ("Testbed 2 ").   It has lots of history.  Tourists come there to shop , eat at the restaurants and take pictures modeling in front of the scenery.     The host and staff time and time again provided me access to experiences I wouldn't have otherwise had in Chongqing.     Like a brother, the host took me to get my cell phone from a railway train conductor that I had left on a train station information desk counter the previous day. He coached me that the best way to show my gratitude to the conductor was with a hand written letter, that I handed to her.      I love Once Hotel and the people.
