The location is pretty good. Walking one hour to Eibsee with amazing view along the way! Also very close to the town center for dinner. The house is around 100 years old. I love it a lot! The host is very friendly and talkative. We enjoyed our stay :)

Quiet location, but close to all the activities. Easy drive to Garmisch, Neuschwanstein, and Oberammergau. Very friendly staff! On our first night, we were welcomed with complimentary slices of homemade cake delivered to our room. Large breakfast buffet with lots of choices of meats, cheese, veg, fruit, pastries, pretzels, and eggs.

The entire stay here was fantastic! The house is a wonder, it is beautiful, so big and with real Bavarian flair. We've been to Oberammergau at least 8 times in our travels to Germany and this visit was by far the best stay we've had staying at the Lang house. The hospitality and friendly welcome the Lang family gave us was amazing. They really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. And their refrigerator is full of beer and wine ALL for free for you. Just book this place as you next stay in Oberammergau and you will experience a great time here.
