Convenient, mattress/bedding extremely comfortable.

We didn't receive the indications on where to find the keys plus nooone responded to our phonecall when we arrived, took us ages to get in as the person responsable only responded to email not the phone number given.

Perfect place for a stopover, they accept dogs (10€ extra) and basic breakfast is included in the price. Very affordable

The hotel has been running for a month or two and many things do not work. In our case the toilet and shower stopped draining. Other people in the corridor had other issues. In their defense staff was very kind and in half an hour we had been relocated to a new better set of rooms where everything worked. Also everything is brand new and spotless.

Centrally located hotel in Burgos off the busy area. Small room but great value with a very comfortable bed and private bath. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Room was clean. Had everything I needed

Able to get a bag delivered and held for a couple of days before our arrival. Able to leave our bags in reception before checkin. Received assistance in organising transport to the train station for next morning. Lift, large comfortable room. Proximity to laundromat was good. 10mins max wander up to the Cathedral.

I did not receive the code to get in from booking so I had to contact the hostal directly. My name was similar to another guest and it caused some confusion but it was resolved.

Property was clean. Hostess was friendly and helpful. Told us where to find laundry and how to navigate bus.

The room was clean? Although there was no breakfast, we were able to sleep comfortably. Great hotel.

Super clean and convenient. Late check out (12 pm) allowed for extra rest. Right next to Cathedral, plazas, the river and many restaurants.

Very central location. Merely 10 minutes walk from the bus station. Cute cafe opposite and plenty of food and bars around. The room is very nice, it's clean and has heater. Towels are provided, the shower is shared but it's very clean and the water is nice and hot especially during winter. There's a small TV in the room as well.

Location and a good value for the money The room was enough for a long sleep after walking around Burgos Worth to mention that I would prefer to have AC , but as said before... Cheap and well located
