Very nice room, everything is new and clean, comfortable bed, good heating/air conditioning, big bathroom with strong water pressure in the shower, kitchen area in the room with everything you need, espresso machine in the room with complimentary coffee and tea, nice staff, baggage storage, self check in if arriving late with clear instructions, good wifi and location about 10-15 minutes walking from city center/sea side/airport bus stop.

This place is a very nice hotel in one of the nicer outer areas which feels way more local. I really enjoyed this place as it was a 2 minute walk to the metro which brings you into the centre within 10 minutes. It was reasonably priced and the room was well set up. The bathroom was large, the room itself quite small but we could still fit 2 bags and 1 suitcase down. Beds are extremely comfortable and the heat was not an issue at all. Would stay again

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Woohoo Rooms Boutique Luna. This small, family-style hotel is incredibly cozy and welcoming — the kind of place that makes you feel comfortable the moment you arrive. Despite its size, the location is unbeatable: it’s just steps away from Gran Vía, essentially the Broadway of Madrid, so you have immediate access to everything — shops, cafés, attractions, and the vibrant energy of the city. The rooms and restrooms are sparkling clean, and I really appreciated the thoughtful amenities: a coffee machine in the hallway, complimentary bottled water, and a warm, friendly staff who make the whole experience even better. The bed was very comfortable, which made it easy to relax after long days exploring Madrid. Overall, Woohoo Rooms Boutique Luna is a truly delightful place to stay — clean, cozy, perfectly located, and run by wonderfully sweet people. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Madrid.

The place is very well located, a 10 min walk from downtown and has everything nearby. The room was big and comfortable, AC available.

Clean and spacious. Private terrace and wonderful rain shower. Clean and bright bathroom. The attached bar downstairs had a great assortment of food and drink. I had a wonderful stay and the staff were absolutely wonderful and inviting.
