We stayed here while walking the Camino. After a long, hot day this hostel was perfect. It's spotlessly clean, modern, comfortable and has a better shower the one at my house. The self-service breakfast had plenty of choice, including fresh fruit....thank you. It was an excellent price for what we got. Oh, and we overlooked a field with horses in it, so not your everyday setting.

Guys, I hope you did not think that I forgot about you! What a great time did I have in Pobre de Trives. Upon my arrival I felt welcome. The ladies showed me the room and I was really impressed with the quality and spaciousness of it. Then I met Miguel and what a guy he is. We are both passionate cyclists so we connected right away. My Spanish is so so and his English is so so but we made it work. I would 100% stay again and would love to visit. Gracias por todo.

This small apartment was a great base for exploring the Ribeira Sacra. It is newly remodeled with high quality features throughout. It could not be more centrally located in the town (a few steps from the central square and castle), yet the apartment is quiet. The friendly host operates the grocery store about 50 meters from the door. The kitchen had almost all the essentials for a short stay, the windows were soundproof, the bathroom had great towels and a shower with amazing water pressure, and it had a nice patio for sitting outside when the weather cooperates. First rate! Highly recommend.

Beautiful room with lots of extra touches - local cookies, coffee machine, nice bathroom products. Although check-in was done remotely, it was easy and efficient and the host was very responsive and helpful. It is located close to the center of town but at the end of a quiet street. On our Camino walk it was perfect! Highly recommend.

The family has just re-opened the pensión after several years. They also manage the albergue up the road. It is spotless and comfortable, perfect for pilgrims who want their own space. Despite what the booking listing says, it is NOT 2 km from town. It is very close, in fact, closer to town, then the Albergue. But on the same road.
