The house owner is really good and the checkin was easy.. The room was clean and the facilities were the best. Also, house owner makes hot coffee in the morning and gives you ready made pancakes which is good for the breakfast

Maison d'hôtes des Perrières is a charming place to stay, with spacious, comfortable rooms and a beautiful garden. Despite being near central Dijon, it feels secluded, and so full of character. It’s not every morning you are served your coffee from an eighteenth-century pot. Raphael was friendly and attentive, very laid back and welcoming. As another review said, manoeuvring through the gate can be tight for large cars, but Raphael guided us in and, on the plus side, he let us charge our car using the external socket: but make sure you bring a granny charger with an EU adapter. Breakfast is included, and not to be missed: delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would love to stay there again.

Very nice hosts, very clean and cosy. Fairly close to the center with a short walk. The pets (both the cat and dog) were ideal for the animal lovers.

Super quiet. Birds singing all the time. In a very quiet village about 15 minutes by tram or 30 walking from center. Nice kitchen, garden where you can sit and eat. Lovely owner.
