Located 400m (slighty uphill) from the beach, Villa Šimović is a great place to spend your holiday in Baška Voda. It features both rooms with shared kitchen and some apartments with private ones. Free parking was also a big plus. Our apartment had everything we needed during our stay (even if it was short). Big props for the host who made our stay pleasant.

A single room without a kitchen was rented. A room with a sea view was not requested, as most of the time is spent at the beach, walking, and exploring the area. Everything is exceptionally neat and clean, from the shared terrace to the bathroom, bed linen, and towels. The room is air-conditioned and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The furniture is not the most modern, but that is not important because everything is clean, well maintained, and undamaged. The hosts are friendly and helpful, and you can ask them if you need anything extra. The beach is close by, although the uphill walk back to the accommodation may be a bit challenging for some people, which is quite common in that part of Croatia. There is also parking available, and shops are conveniently located near the accommodation.
