We had a wonderful 4-night stay at PalPenzy – Bespoke Premium Stay, Srinagar from April 3rd to April 7th, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Right from the beginning, the hospitality was outstanding. A special thanks to the Manager, Vivek, who ensured everything was perfectly arranged and made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. His professionalism and warm approach really stood out. The cook and the entire attending staff were always readily available, extremely supportive, and made sure all our needs were taken care of promptly. Their dedication and polite nature added a personal touch to our stay. I would also like to appreciate our driver, Umar, who was allotted to us during the trip. He was very friendly, caring, and ensured we had a smooth and enjoyable journey throughout. His local knowledge and helpful attitude made exploring Srinagar even more memorable. The property itself was clean, peaceful, and beautifully maintained—perfect for a relaxing stay in the lap of nature. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend PalPenzy to anyone visiting Srinagar. Looking forward to visiting again!
