The staff were kind and friendly and knowledgeable - it was incredibly welcoming and comfortable to stay there. The dinosaur decorations everywhere were the cherry on top of the atmosphere!

The staff was amazing. Very friendly and supportive. Place was super clean and comfortable. The beds were perfect for us. Bathroom clean and with toiletries of good quality. They provide eggs, bacon, bread etc for breakfast. The place is very suitable for kids.

Away from the busy city, settled in a mountainous valley with serene views and exposure to the countryside of Japan.
