This is a great, affordable place to stop along the shikoku pilgrimage route. I stayed 2 nights. The nights before and after temple 35, walking without a bag for that day was so nice and gave my legs a mild break with plenty of time to do laundry, clean, and reorganize my gear. Since it's so affordable it makes a great place for a rest day. Walking distance to a great grocery store and conbinis.

Lovely guest house in the countryside with very friendly welcoming host. We stayed here on our walking pilgrimage. He even gave some good advice on the following day's walk.

The location was absolutely stunning. It's so remote you feel like you might be the only person there. The house was beautiful with great facilities. And the host was super friendly and helpful.
