The host was accommodating and thoughtful, the room was just what i needed, with the shared outdoor kitchen and 2 sweet spots outside to sit. Bonus- local birds coming to the aquatic plants-stunning!

The ocean views from the room were great. The room was spacious. Good communication. The shared area,of the building was similar to a hostel, the kitchen was well furnished with coffee pot, microwave, shared refrigerator. There was a seating area and balcony shared with others. Bring your own food and own coffee. They were pet friendly towards my service dog. Windows opened wall to wall for breezes from two directions ( i had a corner unit.), so had no use for A/C except when outside was loud.
