The owners were very accommodating super sweet family!!!!! They made my stay comfortable let me know places me and my son could go eat and get the things that we need provided Internet and all accommodations I definitely would come back just because it was a very good stay! There was a park adjacent to the location perfect for my son. It was just overall a very very good experience!!!

It was so clean and peaceful to stay here. I was transitioning to get ready for a flight today and needed somewhere to collect myself, and this was the perfect spot. There was everything I needed, even netflix on the TV, a beautiful view of the sunset and sunrise from my window, very comfortable bed, and a complimentary coffee set up. Yadita was so welcoming and kind. I was having trouble with the taxi app this morning and contacted her for help, she was there in 10 min to give me a ride to the airport! She really helped me conclude my trip and get to the airport stress free. Muchos gracias Yadita!!

I just back from Cancun. I'm glad I cancelled the hotel in hotel zone,and changed to this rbnb. The money I saved was enough to join a day trip to the chichen itza and Cenote.The pick-up point was at the Smart Hotel, which was just a few minutes' walk through a park and very close to the famous ave Tulum. The host was very nice and patiently answered all my questions and gave us helpful suggestions. When he drove us to the airport, he followed me in to make sure I was in the right terminal. The room has everything you need, and the pool can make you relax after a day. I definitely recommend it.

My partner and I really enjoyed our time at Casa Las Palmas. We purposely chose to stay away of the hotel zone at the coastline, aiming instead to embrace the authenticity of the area and seek out diverse experiences beyond typical seaside activities. Waking up to the melodic birdsongs was truly delightful. As a passionate crystal enthusiast, I was thrilled to discover that the room is tiled with natural quartz/marble tiles. The hotel's proximity to numerous charming eateries and a bustling local market only added to our enjoyment. Moreover, we were charmed by the fact that this establishment is a small family-run business, and its owners are simply adorable especially communicating through WhatsApp was quick and helpful.
