This was the best place I stayed in Romania so far. The host was lovely, kind, and very helpful, with enough English to make communication easy. The garden is beautiful, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower was amazing. It’s a wonderful choice if you want an alternative to staying in Sibiu, with the bonus of being much closer to nature.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff at this hotel. The level of personal attention and care was the best I’ve experienced. They helped with everything from accommodating us with dinner for a very late check-in, to helping us decide itinerary adjustments and dinner recommendations in Sibiu. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and the food is exceptional. They have all the little touches like lotion, shampoo , conditioner, body gel and more that just elevate your experience. We felt like we came to parents who had been waiting for us for years. The hosts are extremely hospital! Tony cooked delicious porridge for breakfast for our kid even though it wasn't supposed to be served. We were simply surrounded by details that might bring you back to the 18th century so it's all well preserved. In the meantime, you will still feel comfortable due to the modern furniture that was carefully "injected" into the house.
