Everything! We stayed in the Gold Room after arriving very early in the morning. We had very clear instructions on how to gain access to the property & where the room was. After enduring a near 24 hour day, to find the room was a complete joy. The bed was more comfortable than our own & we slept like babies. This property is immaculate, close to the Piata Mare but very quiet. The garden is charming and the hosts were so, so friendly & helpful. Our only wish was to have stayed longer, but we are very much looking forward to returning at the end of our holiday for our last night before we fly home. A superb oasis near the top of the carpathians. The staff were welcoming and helpful, the drink portions were generous, and I reveled in their diverse menu (several vegan options, and soy milk at breakfast. Yay!

Very quiet, cozy, and clean. Although not right in the old center of the city, we enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. You could sleep with windows wide open. Uber is almost never more than 7 minutes away (wait time + travel) to the old center.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff at this hotel. The level of personal attention and care was the best I’ve experienced. They helped with everything from accommodating us with dinner for a very late check-in, to helping us decide itinerary adjustments and dinner recommendations in Sibiu. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and the food is exceptional. They have all the little touches like lotion, shampoo , conditioner, body gel and more that just elevate your experience. The sauna and pool are wonderful. The town is beautiful. Special thanks to Max and Mario for making our stay extra special!
