Homestays in Ban Tai

We stayed in a really good double room, it was spotless and impeccably clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, proper height and window aside with view over nice big tree. Well working hot water, well working air conditioned, well working electric plugs, well working wi-fi. Restaurant downstairs is animated and lively and however rooms upstairs are very quiet and well isolated. Towels and utilities provided. Amazing staff that welcomely greet you every time. An absolute perfect stay! Thanks! Lastly, there is an absolute lovely cat at this place who seems to love sneaking inside guests rooms to enjoy being pet and freshness of air conditioned haha! Be aware not to lock it in when leaving the room! We love this cutie purring guest!

It was a really enjoyable stay! Absolutely loved staying here, even extended a couple of more nights. The staff are so respectful, very responsive and super friendly! The food is well priced and really good. My favorite part of the stay was the sea view, it was beautiful. Great value for money.

Everything from location, facilities, food and staff!

It’s a great value for money. It is the lowest price you can find for the value it provides. It is oceanfront. It has a restaurant and laundry service and friendly staff. Fan rooms are doable since you don’t stay there during daytime. With that being said there is just one thing to note ( at the time of this writing). The toilets don’t come with flush knob. So, you must do the old fashioned way ( fill a bucket and flush) which is doable once you get used to it. They have tenants that’ve lived there for months. They provide tp’s. 😁👍. Their fruit shakes are pretty good as well. 👍 And within 3 min walk is 7/11, cafes, fried chicken place and intersection to take the local transport anywhere on the island. Great value for money.

It’s so clean and calm, and it’s next to the beach

The owner is amazing and will literally help you with everything you need! The room is located a few steps from a beautiful peaceful beach.quiter than haad rin but a lot of stuff to do around regardless.

GREAT value. Was not fancy but had everything you needed and the room was spotless. Had Hot water, cold AC, quiet location, a minimart (with drinks, toiletries, etc) run by the family is downstairs, and bed was comfortable for my taste (the pillows were firm and room was feather free)

New room, spotless clean, comfortable bed, great location on the main road (as I was looking for, I don't mind the noise of the traffic) and 5G WiFi
