The property was clearly loved and well taken care of. The little garden out back was beautiful! The room was clean and tidy, and had everything one could need including two towels! The people who own it are the sweetest, and have two pet parrots that they introduced me to. I wish I would have known about Ban Maitree sooner— I would have stayed there the whole time in Chiang Mai. It’s conveniently near the bus station and laundry. Will be back again!

The hotel room is clean and comfortable. The shared bathroom is also clean. Location is closeby the old city center. Noon, our host, is very friendly lady and very helpful during our trip in Chiang Mai. I booked one tour for visiting elephant sanctuary with my family and it was very memorable experience. Hotel provide laundry service 60 thb/kg and shuttle taxi to airport by red taxi (songtheauw) 200 thb. We made use of them and we were satisfied. Free simple breakfast was provided (toast, fruit(mango, banana, long an), coffee, tea)
