Very nice comfortable bed in separate bedroom. Bedroom. Is large and comfortable with its own, new, Air-conditioning. Plenty of hot water in the shower. Bathroom appears to have been remodeled recently and it's good size. Living room is large with a new smart TV and a new couch.. Internet is adequate. No rodents or any insects. The room is very quiet, private, and comfortable. Price is very reasonable. The room is also very clean.

Great little guesthouse in Jomtien, super clean, just 150m from the beach. Tin and Mick are very friendly and wonderful hosts. Would recommend it for either, short or long stay. Will definitely book again.

I liked everything about my room. One of only a handfull of rooms located a quiet side street a minute walk to awesome night market and a couple more minutes to the beach. Rooms are on owners' lush property, an oasis in otherwise lively Pattaya. Room was spotless clean and comfortable and the owners and daughter were super friendly. If I return to Pattaya one day, I'll gladly stay here again.

Love staying at the Inn Lucky. This is my fourth stay here and won't be the last.! It close to the beach and in a fairly busy part of Jomptien but not excessively so. Easy local access to Pattaya and a large lively night market a few minutes away. Phil and Tikky are great hosts and always a great vibe in the bar. Will be back next year.
