My parents stayed here while the rest of our family stayed nearby, and they had a wonderful experience. The host was incredibly friendly, and communication was excellent from start to finish. We had a small hiccup accessing the parking garage when we arrived, but the host responded immediately and helped us resolve the issue right away. The location was fantastic - within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants, and an ideal home base for exploring the Lake Thun and Interlaken region. During our stay, we took day trips to Lauterbrunnen, Thun, Gruyères, Oeschinen Lake, Mürren, and Grindelwald First, and this apartment made it easy to reach all of them.

Large room, the garden is beautiful and well setup for having a quiet space, the kitchen is set up with everything required, bathroom and toilet were spacious and clean … Evelyn is very easy to communicate with and was very informative when I arrived and in letting me know when the other room on the floor would be occupied…Evelyn was also very helpful on my last night in phoning taxi companies to book for the following morning… I enjoyed my stay here very much. The location was handy for walking to and from the city, and the attractions that I wanted to see … it is close to the river and a lot of scenic places to see and walk around.. Bern is quite hilly so for moving about with luggage, a taxi or bus is suggested …

I really enjoyed my stay. The location is great close to Grindelwald and surrounded by beautiful scenery. The staff were incredibly kind; we arrived very late, and they still welcomed us warmly for check-in. The bedroom was fully equipped with a kitchen, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. A comfortable and pleasant experience overall.
