The homey atmosphere and amazing staff!

We were there to take the Bernina Express. An easy walk to the train station so location gets a 10+. We were able to park our car in front of the house. As far as the room itself. Very clean and large and comfortable. Temperature of the room is self regulated. The kitchen/living room area is shared on the bottom floor and there are 4 bedrooms on the upper levels. I would stay there again for convenience and value and comfort.

Gorgeous interior Italian designed room in the middle of quaint Tirano. Walking distance from train station. Location of condo was close to shopping, restaurants and cafe. Perfect location to explore this gorgeous town.

The two women who run this hotel are incredible and essentially saved my trip. After eating pizza down the street, I got severe food poisoning. I was so sick and traveling alone, and I couldn't get up and felt so embarrassed because I threw up in the shower and toilet. These women were incredibly kind; they cleaned up the bathroom, gave me a bucket, put my hair in a tie, and brought me a bunch of water. They checked on me every two hours to make sure I was okay, and the host even told me not to worry about checking out on time. I decided to book two more nights with them because they were so great, and I was actually able to go to the Olympic Games the next day. On my last night, the buses from the games were running late, and I was worried about missing the last train to Milan. The host brought my suitcase down several sets of stairs for me so I could immediately grab it and run to the station. I just can't say enough good things about this place and the women who run it. Lovely hosts who welcomed us very warmly! The restaurant on site is something special - we had the best schnitzel and langosh there that we ever had! Food was always fresh and prepared with care. Stayed for a couple of nights there to enjoy the mountains. Easy enough during the day to go for hikes to the surrounding peaks through fields of flowers and amazing views. Very quiet and relaxing at nights.

The view from the room was simply incredible. Very comfortable place. I really loved it.

Massimo, Arianna and family arw amazing. They coordinated and accomodated our need for an early checkin. Communication is exceptional. This is a lovely well situated apartment in the heart of Cannobio. We did self checkin from a received video, which helped guide us through the necessary steps upon arrival. They greeted us before we departed from our short stay and their sincere warmth made us wish we could stay a bit longer and share a bit of time with them. The apartment is impeccably clean, thoughtfully/masterfully laid out and supplied with all you require in a beautiful compact space with solid fixtures and just super well appointed. We used the refrigerator to store some cheese we were transporting. There were two sparkling waters in the refrigerator provided gratis, which hit the spot upon arrival. There was coffee capsules for espresso, as well as a variety of teas. The place is compact, yet feels spacious. I could imagine staying here on business or on leisure. The hosts recommended some places to eat and we felt if we had the need that they were always there for us. Understated, yet classic Italian warmth and hospitality. Modern ammenities in a historic Cannobio building with a shared and gated/enclosed courtyard area for those that want to take in the nearby outdoors in nice weather. Highly recommended for so very many reasons! Book with confidence and stay in beautiful Cannobio longer than we did. Among the very best in its class! Enjoy!!!
