Its family run and operated. Nice clean rooms. Comfy beds! Great home cooked dinners available for reservation. Breakfast was delicious and included with the stay. The gear storage for our snowboards, skis and boots was great! They offer paid shuttle rides in a nice van to any of the local ski resorts for a fair price and are flexible with drop off and pickup times. Knowledgeable on the local area and can help answer questions and provide recommendations. Overall very kind and accommodating hosts. Would absolutely return for our next trip to Hakuba.

Property is very convenient to the bus station that takes you to all the ski resorts. Just down the street. And there are a plethora of restaurants one block over from the location. It’s an easy walk to Happo One. The owners are also very accommodating when issues arise.

The house is located just 6 min walking (in snowboard boots) to the Goryu slopes. The staff is amazing and they do everything to help you feel like home. The beds are comfortable and it is a silent place. I have stayed 4 nights and came back for 2 nights more. I will be back next season for sure. The shuttle service to and from the station is perfect for the ease of your travel.

Exceptionally well renovated traditional Japanese house. Just enjoyable looking at the house and its architectural both inside and outside. I also enjoyed using the kitchen with beautiful pottery. Even though I only brought supermarket food with the nice dishes I felt like I am dining at a nice cafe.

Even the location is not close to cable car and train station, but it's still tranquility and very comfort to enjoy the moment in Hakuba. The owner is very kindly and helpful made you feeling at home.

The property is beautiful and comfortable. It is a separate private cabin that is attached to the outside of the hosts' home, with your own private entrance, bedroom, kitchen, shower+tub, and toilet . The location is very quiet and peaceful with nice views of the mountainside. You also get your own drying room with a separate heater, which is great for storing and drying ski gear each night. The location is perfect, it is a 1 minute walk away from a shuttle stop with free shuttles to Happo-One, Iwatake, Goryu, and 47. It is a 10-15 minute walk to central Echoland and restaurants. The hosts are great people. They are very kind and helpful. We were able to communicate easily through messaging and Google translate, and they were very responsive. They even offered to take us grocery shopping, got us seats at a good restaurant, and took us to the ski resort one morning. Their dog is cute too. They will make you feel welcome during your stay. We loved our stay and can't wait to come back!

Breakfast was excellent and varied and always balanced with a salad or other fresh ingredients. The hotel staff works so hard to serve everyone with incredible courtesy and hospitality. Though I was English speaking, we were able to work through the language barrier easily and get anything I needed. They really made the place. I’ll always remember the sound of the bell ringing at the front desk and the following sound of the hotel manager coming to help whoever was there.
