The staff was so nice and had great communication. The location was amazing. They help me with my luggage up the stairs and allowed me to do laundry. I could walk to get food, and had an amazing bakery. There is a nice church nearby as well called River Church.

The staff at the homestay was very nice, didn't speak much English but google translate was at our rescue.. But someone was online anytime on whatsapp that spoke perfect English and was of great help ! The rooms are simple and clean. They have washing machines and a kitchen and fridge for everyone to use. They kept our luggage after check out until we had to catch our bus to our next destination. Definitely friendly place and sweetest people in HCMC.

The room is physically so comfortable and aesthetically very pleasing. The staff are wonderful and anticipate your needs. The lane where the studio is located is like a quiet neighborhood right in the heart of the district. This was my second stay here and hopefully there will be more!

The place was spotless! New bathrroom. All very clean and nicely decorated. Travelled with a friend. The room felt like two rooms. The bed was very confortable and clean. Really nice sheets. Jill was extremellyl helpful with tips, booking trips and sugestions for things to do and places to go. The coffee downstairs is cute and good also.

Homestay Tito was an amazing find! We had to modify our reservation several times, and the owner was incredibly accommodating throughout. She greeted us in person when we arrived and wished us a safe journey when we left, which made the stay feel very personal. The accommodation is in a safe, hip neighbourhood and only a short walk or quick Grab ride to District 1 for all the major sights. It’s also very close to the airport and within walking distance of everything we wanted to see—from the War Remnants Museum to the Cafe Apartments. District 4’s famous Seafood Street was just a short Grab ride away. We loved the food options nearby—especially the delicious vegetarian dishes at Phở Chay Như, the tasty Vegetarian Bánh Mì from Hương Bốn Mùa Coffee, the fantastic cold‑drip coffee at Coconut Cafe, and the great vegetarian fusion menu at Nhà hàng chay Phương Mai (just 300m away). We stayed here for a total of four nights at the beginning and end of our trip, and it was perfect both times. For a nice drink, Den The Bar—right on the accommodation’s laneway—serves excellent upscale cocktails. The host provided us unlimited water and tasty vietnamese green tea. We’ll definitely be coming back and recommending Homestay Tito to everyone!

Clean room in a quiet street ! The owner is a lovely lady ! She doesn’t speak a lot of English but Google Translate will get you through a clear communication. We checked-in late and starving and she gave us a ride to the nearest Pho so we could have a take-away dinner ! Would definitely book here again !

Wonderful guest house. I had so good experience.
