Cozy Saigonese room at centre with minimal design, high quality bed & bathroom, sophisticated layout. My house is a local coffee shop in a small & old Saigon alley, also near the city canal. My rooftop offers a fine open view of the city corners. Only 500m radius from the house, there are 3 oldest & most famous Pho restaurants of Saigon. And a lot of delicious Vietnamese restaurants around. My district is also a home of religions, with a lot of old & great churches and pagodas.

I run a coffee shop & I'm a apparel designer. I'm also a local expert and love to share my local specialties to you.

++My housekeeper lives in the house to help keep the space clean. For long stay guests, we clean the room once per week. ''' >> Early check-in: only possible if the previous guests check out early or no guest was staying the night before. We are flexible. ''' 4 STAR ratings mean "great" for guests but "bad" hosts since 4 star listings have a high chance to be REMOVED. We strive for 5-star service/satisfaction, and we would like to meet your expectations. ''' This is a quiet neighborhood, so no party activities at night. Kitchenette & laundry area is NOT available in the house. ''' WE'RE NOT A HOTEL: no night guard, no 24/7 open doors, no midnight check in. House rules are important to follow. But also no curfew time, if you come back late, just let us know in advance to open the door. Free drinking water downstairs. No hidden fee unless an asset damage is caused.
