The Search House is an absolute gem! The place has a cozy camp-house vibe while still offering great facilities. The private rooms are amazing and very reasonably priced, and the best part — it has direct access to the beach! The staff are super friendly, and a special shout-out goes to Bia, whose energy and vibe can brighten anyone’s day. The hostel has a separate lockers area, which means guests aren’t disturbed when people pack up early in the morning — such a thoughtful detail. I also loved the beautiful shared spaces. There’s a great area for guests to gather and do activities, and the shared kitchen is very well equipped, making it easy to cook and socialize.

Love that Hostel.Drink,eat and have some conversation whit people and enjoy music around the small streets nearby are the best thing to do .

Good vibe 🤙 The second time I visited Florianópolis, this time I was interested in the northern part and northern beaches. I found out that this location is a very good point, as a base to more lonely and beautiful beaches around, but supermarkets and, city-style good one beach nearby at the same time. Especially good at the end of the season in May. Here are some people and life yet. warmer, shallower water. When I checked in and saw all those many crazy rules and fines declared on the reception, rooms, kitchen, and everywhere, I thought I'd stay one night and find some other hostel, but I stayed over 2 weeks :-) They probably made them more like last argument if warnings and speaking do not work for some people. Floripa has very sharp seasons. In the hot time, it is a crazy lot of people, and then in the low season, very few. So, some of the rules and behavior make sense because of this. The system is just working, and everybody is happy. I hope.

The host is so kind, I felt comfortable there. The other guests are good people. My bed was organized when I got there and the bathrooms were clean as well. Besides that, the localization is excellent.

I had an amazing stay at this hostel! The atmosphere was super welcoming. The dorms were clean, comfortable, and had good lockers for security. The common areas were great for relaxing, and the kitchen was well-equipped. The staff was very friendly and helpful, always ready to give recommendations about the city. The location was also perfect, close to the downtown.

The hostel is super close to nice restaurants and nightlife spots, but still quiet at night. Perfect balance!

The hostel is located close to most points of interest in Lagoa da Conceição. The volunteers are a joy to be with and always ready to help when needed. I noticed that one particular volunteer, Natacha, went out of her way to keep everything clean and was very meticulous.

The staff and owner were absolutely incredible with tons of great suggestions and knowledge of the area super friendly and willing to accommodate anything you needed. It's very well maintained with a nice chill. Vibe and good social areas. And only a 2 minute walk to the beach right at the end of the street! Had everything you needed. Huge private room with my own kitchen! Met cool new friends.
