It was very comfortable and affordable. We didn’t use the kitchen but it would be so nice if you’re looking to save money and/or staying for an extended period of time. It was a short walk to the lake/beach which was lovely. The host is very welcoming and accommodating. She drove us to the train station in her own car for no charge.

Just a 2-minute walk from the shore of Lake Zug and 0.6 mi from Zug Train Station, Youth Hostel Zug offers WiFi access in public areas.

Great staff, clean rooms, good prices, good beer. Food (in the evenings) was a little overpriced for what you get, but the breakfast at CHF 16 was amazing and well worth it.
