Clean property with great kitchen, washers and dryers. Quiet sitting area has great view . And my single room on 3rd floor has fantastic view. Staff are very friendly. Eden(spell?) from Latvia works so hard and makes the facility look spotless. It is close to bus stops and town. Thank you everyone!

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay here. Staff were super helpful and friendly in reception and restaurant. Room was scrupulously clean. Great water view. Please note you do need to hire towels but it's just a small fee.The private bathroom and toilet were very clean and just right across the hall but there was also a basin in the room.

The hostel is in a very good location, facing directly the lake with grand views. Love the manager there who gave you at home feeling the minute you step in. Her dog was so lovely and well behaved. The kitchen and dining area are full of lively conversations. The beds and the bathrooms are spotless.

I had been concerned by previous poor reviews but hostel was much better than I expected. It was very basic but had all the facilities needed. Plenty of space in kitchen and sitting area with two cookers and fridges and multiple tables and chairs. Handy for restaurants or Supermarket to get food to cook. Bunk bed was fine so no complaints and a good start to my cycling tour.
