I love everything about this place. It truly feels like home. Don’t expect anything fancy—its charm lies in its rustic simplicity. You live in harmony with nature here. The people who run and manage the space are exceptional. Daniel is absolutely amazing—he makes sure every guest is well taken care of. Camille, who helps around, brings a gentle, feminine energy that softens and warms the space. Meeting the founder, Erik, is a wonderful bonus. I’m deeply grateful to all of them for creating and sharing this space with the community.

The host was absolutely amazing and so accommodating and kind! The property was clean and well-kept, and the views of the lake were incredible. The common area on the rooftop patio was a great place to hang out. And the hot shower was very appreciated.

I’ve stayed in many places traveling throughout Guatemala, and this spot in Tzununa felt the most like home. Loved the minimalist decor and peaceful vibe. The lake is only a minute away, the host was super responsive, and I felt very safe at night. Would definitely stay here again!

Staying here was a truly wholesome experience. I feel honoured to have been the first guest, staying with amazing and kind locals. I felt looked after and cared for, and they truly greeted me with open arms. Would stay again any time, location is 10/10.

The view was incredible from upstairs. There is a friendly cat named Luna who was cool.

I had an amazing time at EB5 Escape! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The property is beautifully maintained, clean, and thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. Every detail – from the art interiors to the peaceful surroundings with nature – made the stay feel extra special. The yoga platform was plus too for self-guided meditation.

he view was great, the turtle was awesome, the night guard was dope and anything we needed they helped us with. Even loved thee hike up and the neighborhood dogs. The roosters were a funny bit and the yoga platform was lovely. Would stay again for sure.

The rooms were so comfortable. Comfortable bed, great bathroom, high ceilings, private. A peaceful environment. Great responses from managers, very flexible. The shared kitchen was being remodeled so I was switched to a cabin with a little kitchen. I really appreciated the flexibility of the owner.
