I will preface this review by saying I am a Canadian and like to sleep at a nice cool 19 degrees at night. This hostel has AC in the rooms but I visited during April when it was quite hot and the AC unit just wasn’t getting the room cool enough for me. I’d say maybe 25+ degrees at night. The manager tried to find some solutions for me but other rooms had the same issue. I checked out early and they were very helpful, and returned my money. For that I’ll give them a positive review. If you’re not as fussy as me about a sleeping in a cool room then you’ll be perfectly fine here.

I was one of the first guests since the hostel had just opened, and I had an amazing experience! The welcome was great from the start, and the owner is incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms are air-conditioned, the beds are very comfortable, and everything feels clean and new. The location is also perfect — only about a 15-minute walk to the beach, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. For the price, you honestly can’t get better value. I 100% recommend this hostel and would definitely stay again!😍

Highly recommended! I suggest dont waste time looking for options, I had an amazing stay here ! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The dorms are spotless, beds are super comfy, and the lockers are huge, which is perfect for backpackers. location needs vehicle to commute , yet quiet enough for a good night's sleep. The atmosphere is calm no noisy and the common area is great for meeting fellow travelers. Plus, the Wi-Fi is fast, making it easy to work. I’ll definitely be back—

I really enjoyed my time in Goa. After booking 3 nights I decided to extend my stay because of how great my experience was. Andrew and Lauren were always around in case you needed anything. Don't skip the yoga classes!! :)

I really enjoyed staying at Craft Hostel. Abhi was the perfect host who was always on hand to help out. The room and communal area were very comfortable and clean and the location was perfect, within walking distance to the beach, shops etc but in a quiet area. I would not hesitate to book this hostel on my return to Anjuna or recommend it to my friends.
