We follow a lean, self-service and no-frills hospitality model to keep stays affordable, with select amenities available on a pay-as-you-use basis.

Drugs, misconduct, non-payment, theft, vandalism or policy violations will lead to immediate eviction without refund and possible permanent blacklisting.

Outside food is strictly prohibited inside the hostel premises.

Possession, consumption, or distribution of illegal drugs and narcotic substances is strictly prohibited across all properties. Alcohol consumption is permitted only in designated common areas and private rooms, while smoking is allowed only in designated smoking areas within the premises. Violation of any of the above policies may attract a penalty of ₹2,000 per incident, and repeated violations, misconduct, or non-compliance may result in immediate termination of stay without any refund.

Our cafe serves vegetarian food with self-service culture and operates 8 AM–2 PM and 6 PM–11 PM (timings may vary)

Smoking is allowed only in designated smoking zones within the premises.

For group bookings of 2+ guests, same-dorm accommodation is not guaranteed as room allocation is automated and subject to availability.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.

Visitors are allowed only in common areas between 9 AM and 9 PM and are not permitted inside rooms.

Female dorms are strictly for female guests only.

Local IDs are accepted.

Limited parking is available on-site subject to availability (limited to 5 cars and 5 bike spaces).

Swimming pool timings: 7 AM - 7 PM (The swimming pool may also be under maintenance on any given day).

The Hosteller is a backpacker hostel chain suited for young travellers, and does not permit guests below 18 years of age, even with legal guardians.

The property is pet friendly, and we allow pets only in private rooms (not dorms). Any damages are attributable to the pet owners.

Silent hours are observed daily from 10 PM to 8 AM.

To promote responsible energy usage, designated energy-saving hours are followed at this property. Air conditioning in dormitory rooms will be non-operational between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM, while air conditioning in common areas will be non-operational between 4:00 AM and 7:00 AM. During the dormitory energy-saving hours, air-conditioned common areas will remain available for guest comfort.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
